
COMMUNITY MANAGER / TRAINER
Every woman deserves to feel amazing – now and in the years to come. My ultimate goal is for each woman to be strong and fit so they feel confident in themselves, capable in their bodies, and – on a very practical level – remain independent for as long as possible.
In group classes, I provide challenging yet fun workouts with options for different levels, and I like to incorporate exercises that build up the all-important ankle, hip, and shoulder stabilizing muscles. In personal training sessions, I’m particularly skilled at uncovering the imbalances contributing to pain or limitations, and I sprinkle in the exercises needed to right those imbalances while simultaneously providing a great workout.
My philosophy is all about sustainability so that everyone can still be working out years down the road instead of being sidelined by injury or burnout. To accomplish this, I focus on developing healthy relationships with food and exercise, managing energy well, and paying attention to the body’s cues.
