My greatest satisfaction is seeing my clients evolve. Always passionate about physical activity, I turned that passion into my profession. I have extensive experience working with women, understanding that every person is unique, and I help my clients achieve their fitness goals through science-based training combined with the right mindset. I believe that behind every physique there is also a personal story, and once I understand that, I can create the best training plan to meet individual needs while making exercise an enjoyable part of life.
My background is broad: I spent five years training CrossFit, worked as the coach of a flag football team, and studied bodybuilding principles in depth. Today, I am specializing in running, and during the winter I make time for snowboarding at least once a week. This variety allows me to bring knowledge from different areas of sport into my training.
Above all, my strongest skill is introducing physical activity to people who never enjoyed exercising before. I help them understand that fitness is not only about appearance — it means longevity, health, and a better quality of life.
