    What is Small Group Training?

    In our group training program, you’ll be working directly with a Certified Personal Trainer in small groups capped at just 8 clients.

    The Workout: Small group training sessions are interval based full body strength training + conditioning workouts that change every day, so you’ll never get bored in our system. Each training session focuses on fundamental movements and exercises that will help you lose fat, build strength, endurance and muscle tone.

    • We follow a structured, trainer designed program that combines the best of all fitness methods- ensuring you get a well rounded fitness routine…all you need to do it keep showing up!
    • Sessions are ~50 minutes.

Just pre-book your weekly sessions in our convenient booking app! We also have the most flexible session cancellation policy in the business- cancel or edit any reservation up until 2 hours before it begins!

    • StarFit Alexandria is absolutely amazing!!! The staff/trainers are outstanding. They are knowledgeable, encouraging, and patient. It’s the perfect place to achieve your fitness goals no matter your level of fitness. The atmosphere is awesome. I always have a great time and never feel out of place. The session packages are reasonably priced and there’s options for everyone. Although the sessions are only an hour, you won’t walk away feeling cheated because the trainers make the most of that time.They also have plenty sessions available each day to fit your schedule.     • Can’t say enough good things about StarFit! The community is amazing, and the classes are the perfect mix of cardio, strength training, and core (lots of variety keeps it fresh, too!). The trainers are what have really kept me coming back, though. They really know their stuff, and even in a small group class, they somehow manage to make you feel like you’re the only person in the room.       The trainers are best at what they do and for someone who needs a push they will oblige. My special thanks to Yoshiko, for pushing me to reach the max I can do.
