We know life has seasons – travel, work demands, injuries, shifting schedules. If you need some time off, a membership pause allows you to step away temporarily without losing your place at StarFit.
Pause requests must be submitted at least 7 days before your next scheduled renewal date. If submitted fewer than 7 days before a scheduled renewal, your upcoming payment may still process and your pause will begin the following renewal cycle.
Please note: Placing your membership on pause does not cancel your agreement. If you choose to cancel your membership during your pause, any terms outlined in your membership agreement still apply.
