As stated in your membership agreement, you have the option to put your recurring monthly membership on hold for any reason. We understand things come up and we’d like to do what we can to help!
Members may temporarily pause their membership one time per calendar year for a maximum of 12 weeks.
Pauses are available for 4, 8 or 12 weeks in length. We are unable to process a pause of less than 4 weeks.
Membership hold requests must be submitted no less than 4 weeks (28 days) before your scheduled renewal date. Membership hold requests received later cannot be processed until after the forthcoming scheduled renewal payment.
Your account will be inactive during the requested hold, and you may not utilize any sessions or services.
By placing your membership on hold, you are committing to a reactivation date. Upon expiration of the hold period that you select below, your account will automatically reactivate and regular membership payments will resume.
All membership payments are non-refundable.
To request a pause, you must fill in the official pause request form below. Pause requests made via text message/email are not valid.
