StarFit Pause Policy + Request Form

This form is for temporary pauses only.
If you are looking to cancel your membership, please complete the official cancellation form instead.

We know life has seasons – travel, work demands, injuries, shifting schedules. If you need some time off, a membership pause allows you to step away temporarily without losing your place at StarFit.

Membership Pause Policy
  • Members may  pause their membership once per calendar year
  • Pauses may be requested for 1, 2, or 3 months
  • Pauses must be for a minimum of one full renewal cycle (1 month)
  • Your membership will automatically reactivate at the end of your selected pause period
  • While paused, your membership is frozen and sessions/services may not be used
  • All previously processed payments remain non-refundable

Pause requests must be submitted at least 7 days before your next scheduled renewal date. If submitted fewer than 7 days before a scheduled renewal, your upcoming payment may still process and your pause will begin the following renewal cycle.

Please note: Placing your membership on pause does not cancel your agreement. If you choose to cancel your membership during your pause, any terms outlined in your membership agreement still apply.

Pause requests must be submitted through this official form. Requests made verbally or through text or email may not be processed.
