In our group training program, you’ll be working directly with a Certified Personal Trainer in small groups capped at just 8 clients.
The Workout: Small group training sessions are interval based full body strength training + conditioning workouts that change every day, so you’ll never get bored in our system. Each training session focuses on fundamental movements and exercises that will help you lose fat, build strength, endurance and muscle tone.
