In addition to Small Group Training and 1-on-1 we also offer Supplemental Classes. Our Supplemental Class are additional resources we provide to our clients to help complete their fitness needs. Yoga in Arlington

Our yoga classes are a blast! No incense burning or pretentiousness here. Our yoga classes are designed for people looking to increase body control, flexibility, and relaxation. All experience levels are welcome. Just like our other offerings, we purposefully keep these classes small, so you get personalized attention. Our yoga class currently meets two days a week, for 1-hour long sessions, in Arlington.

8:15PM Wednesday nights- Yoga Stretch and Refresh.
8AM Sunday mornings- Vinyasa.
